Fire Fighters Union Provide Shelter For Their Own
With cold weather occurring across Texas, the Fire Fighters Association provided shelter for their very own. Twelve Mission fire fighters and their families stayed at local hotels to remain safe and warm. With some fire fighters not having power or water, the need to provide shelter was priority. As of today, some members have regained power, but some not so lucky. Having children as young as a month old without power for heat was necessary to secure rooms. Fire Fighters had been on edge knowing they had to work and stress about their loved ones at home. What better way than to take care of our own?
