On Monday, July 26th, 2021, the City Council of the CIty of Mission will be holding a workshop to hear a presentation and discuss the implementation of Fire Service-Based EMS. This workshop will be held at the Mission Council Chambers.

We encourage the citizens of Mission to attend in person or via Zoom to hear the presentation and discussion. Your Mission Fire Fighters support Fire Service-Based EMS. Your Mission Fire Fighters are dedicated to a life of serving our Mission community. Minimizing response times are the absolute priority for medical emergencies. Fire fighters are in the best position, to the strategic geographical deployment used in Mission, to respond quickly and provide vital services on scene.

We urge the city council to support this plan, so your public safety professionals can continue to put your safety first and keep Mission, "The Place to Be."
