Giving Back To Other Frontline Workers

Members of the Mission Fire Fighters Association gathered to show appreciation to others on the front lines during this pandemic. We were happy to deliver pizzas to Mission Regional Medical Center, South Texas Health System free standing, and H-E-B partners of Mission and Palmhurst. City Council Approves Leave To First Responders

During city council Monday afternoon city officials made a motion to direct city manager, Randy Perez to draft a policy covering 100 percent of all city employees salary when ordered to quarantine for the possible exposure to COVID-19 that occurred on the job. Mission City Council Approve FIDO Bags For Fire Fighters

The fetch foundation donated supplies for fire fighters with life saving equipment to administer medical attention to your family's pet at the point of rescue. In cases such as fire or automobile accidents etc. fire fighters need special tools on the fire trucks to save your pets. Pets are family too and now we are able to save the lives in an emergency. Mission Fire Fighters Welcomed The Dallas Cowboys Raffle Ticket Winners

Today, Members of the Mission Fire Fighters Association presented tickets to the Dallas Cowboys game that included 2 night hotel stay and a gas card to the winners of the raffle. The raffle took place at Brick Fire Pizza. Mission Fire Fighters participated in Oscar Longoria State Representative District 35 3rd Annual skeet shoot event this past weekend. We appreciate the commitment & support he provides to ensure first responders have the necessary tools and benefits to do our job. Rep. Oscar Longoria is the Vice-Chair of the powerful Appropriations committee. Fire Fighters across the RGV came to support Rep.
